Back/Neck Pain,Keep your back straight against a supportive chair. Ensure the top of the monitor is at eye level. Keep your feet flat on the floor.

Eye Strain,Keep the screen at an arm's length. Use anti-glare screens. Follow the  20-20-20 Rule .
