• Computer Hardware & Systems: Exploring the physical components of a computer, learning how they interact, and practising safe startup and shutdown procedures.
• File & Folder Management: Mastering the organisation, storage, and retrieval of digital information across different media so your work is always secure and easily accessible.
• Word Processing I: Using software to type, format, edit, and print professional documents, from simple letters to organised reports.
